Salado Sculpture Garden and Jboys visits Summer 2020

 Boogs and I met D and the Jboys in Salado in May 2020. We often met in Salado at a little park. This time, we walked down to the Salado Sculpture Garden. Here are a few pics.

                                             

J3 came came home with us and spent a few days at our house.

We went hiking.

Made homemade cinnamon rolls.

Played Risk (I played too and beat them both)

Did a little exercise

Made marshmallow shooters and had a battle

Played a few games of pool.

Hung out in the hammocks for a while.

Cooled off in Lisa's pool

Had Chicken Fights on these fun chicken floats.

                                 

I'm pretty sure J3 went home a little tired. 

In June 2020, J2 came to visit for a few days. Boogs and J2 spent a few hours kayaking in Brushy Creek Lake Park. It was a beautiful sunny day but very hot.

                                               

Lisa let us cool off in her pool again.

This time, Lisa had added a giant toucan float to her pool to keep the chickens company.

Boogs and J2 had a cookie battle. One of them made oatmeal chocolate chip cookies and the other made oatmeal raisin cookies. We put all the cookies in one container. It was like cookie roulette because it was hard to know which kind of cookie you would get.

The next morning we went to 85 Degree Bakery for breakfast. Yum! Love the milk buns.

J2 made fun of the shape of the bushes in the front yard. I told him he could "fix" them if he wanted to. So he did this and butchered them worse than I had.

Boogs certainly enjoys hanging out with the Jboys.
